If you're into BBC type movies, I can highly recommend Wives and Daughters. Very first rate cast, gripping story, great score, witty script, based on a novel by Elizabeth Gaskell. It's the sort of thing Darcy and I watch a lot, but our younger son, when home, watched it with us last Christmas, and instantly wanted to get a copy to see with his girlfriend. (There are two other Gaskel adaptations -- North and South, and Cranford-- which just about as good.) Hours of early-victorian fun.
Do you mean that Netflix makes it easy or hard to find movies? I've been using Netflix for a few months and I think it's pretty cool. say more about what you mean re: the netflix model...
